Mission statement
To provide constructive criticism and support for poets who share the goals of improving their craft and publishing their work.

Guidelines
The group size will be no fewer than 4 and no more than 6 individuals.
The group meets monthly.
Each member submits one poem for each meeting, along with a brief statement of what he/she hopes to accomplish with this particular piece of writing, to be sent to the group one week prior to meeting.
Members provide written and oral critiques for submitted poems.
All members must be current, dues-paying members of the Knoxville Writers’ Guild.
Admission is by application. Those interested will be asked to submit samples of their work and a relevant bio. Current members will review the work, come to a consensus and inform the applicant.
