a training specialist for a government agency, she has spoken at conferences
and workshops across the United States from Baltimore to Las Vegas.
She was the recipient of the DOE Human Resource Award of Excellence
for Judy is also a free lance writer and humor columnist for Senior Living in Oak Ridge, TN. Her humor and light verse have appeared in The Writer, The Army/Navy Times, CC Motorcycle NewsMagazine, New Millennium Writings, Literary Lunch, The Oak Ridger, Alice in Ethicsland, (web-based training module), For Better or Worse Newsletter, The Church Musician Today, Episcopal Life, East Tennessee Episcopalian, Alabama School Journal, The East Tennessee Writer, The Tennessee Writer, The Writing Parent, The Scriptorium, Inscriptions, BRAVO (Knoxville Opera News), and other publications. In her spare time, Judy is active in music and drama and appears with the Oak Ridge Klezmer Band and performs concerts of Hispanic music for local schools. Judy and her
husband Dan have two children and one adorable grandchild. They
