Allison Murphy
Allison Murphy is a Knoxville native
and graduate of UT, with a degree in
English and Cinema Studies. She has been a reader for the Peter Taylor
Prize for the past few years and is a longtime supporter of the local
poetry slam scene.
When not at work at Lawson
McGhee Library, she can be found traveling around the United States and Europe
or reading Haruki Murakami novels.
Murphy currently serves as alternate on the Guild's Board of Directors.
