Storytelling/Performance Writing

Mission Statement:

Rhea Carmon is hosting a storytelling and performance group for the Knoxville Writers Guild. The group will meet monthly via Zoom on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 2:00 PM EST. Participants should come prepared to share a new story lasting 5–10 minutes or performance poem 2.5 - 4 minutes. Pieces should be already written and ready for performance.  During the hour, we will share our work and discuss techniques for bringing stories to life for an audience.
