Writers of all backgrounds and experience levels are invited to sign up for a three-minute reading slot. Interested readers can register through the Guild's online sign-up form at https://forms.gle/g95WKM6xJdxcJwit7. Because spots are limited, early sign-up is encouraged. Selected readers will be notified by July 23, 2026.
The Summer Open Mic continues KWG's tradition of creating low-barrier, welcoming spaces for local writers to share their work aloud, connect with fellow writers, and build an audience for their craft. The event is part of the Guild's ongoing programming supporting Knoxville's literary community.
Attendance is free, and audience members do not need to register in advance. Light refreshments will be available.
